  11. I like all of them, so I don't really have a favorite, because all worldly cuisines are really good to me. It all depends on the mood I am in.
  12. first...spanish. i love the flavor and variety of dishes. authentic spanish food is wonderful....from the tapas to las casuelas to the paella = ) second...italian. i could eat pasta everyday if it didnt make me fat. third...japanese. i love the way they cook their food and prepare it. it tastes great and most of the dishes are very healthy. sushi and miso soup are my favorite.
  13. japanese hands down
  14. Italian it tastes great is simple to prepare uses everyday ingredients is multi-dimensional, pastas, meats, fish, rice, vegetables, it has it all
  15. i love french, arabic, japanese, and some indian
  16. Chinese is my favourite because of the high volume of vegetables, and low fat content. Thai and Indian are too high in oils. Japanese eat too many very weird things raw. French have too many sauces. Italian is also high in oils, and too bad if you can't eat tomato sauce! Mexican is really flavorful, but everything's fried or re-fried. Spanish is weird and oily. Arabic is too expensive--have you priced saffron lately?
  17. Hard to choose but I will say Italian and here is why. In the US, we don't often see the full range of Italian food, but it is hugely varied and sophisticated. We think of French as the most refined cuisine but turns out that while they studied and classified the techniques, it came from Italy! "French cuisine originated from Italian cuisine (or rather the Italian City States' common cooking methods) which was brought to the French court upon the marriage of Catherine de Medici to King Henri II of France. She was so disgusted by the cooking methods of the French at this time that she brought her own chefs from Italy; they taught the French chefs the Italian method of enhancing the flavours of the ingredients rather than hiding them." (See first source, cited below). So I give the nod to Italian and encourage everyone to seek out the real Italian styles! Hint: It's not pizza and spaghetti!
  18. I love Italian food because I love pasta and I absolutley love sauce, all kinds of sauce.
  19. Japanese because I love sushi.
