- The spices
- Thai has the most kick of the three cuisines, and is my favorite of the three! I like Thai because it has the kick of Indian without being heavy as Indian can be.
- Japanese:- more on raw stuff Thai:- Spicy for sure Philipine:- Not try yet. ??
- Filipino Cuisine - Mainly Chinese-Spanish influence, mildly spiced, flavor dependent on each ingredient. Dish must be served with rice (Salty) Japanese - Emphasis on flavors of individual ingredients, something fresh, salted or pickled, usually minimally flavored with salt, shoyu, or miso. (Bland) Thai - Emphasis on the five fundamental flavors to enhance the flavors of the ingredients: bitter, sour, sweet, salty and (SPICY).
- japan: sea-food based, raw, similar to korean thai: similar to chinese, more sweet and more spicy, has an indian influence. maybe the most spiciest of these 3 cusines. philipine: simliar to spanish food due to spanish colonization during hte old colonial age. spicy tho.
- Japanese makes sushi, Thai makes really spicy foods. But I don't know about the Phillipines. PS: Have you try Chinese?
