What's good to eat at a Thai restaurant?

My fiancee is taking me to one for lunch today, and I've never eaten Thai food before. What's good? What are the ingredients in your favorite dish?

  6. OMG, I love Thai food.... Have the duck pancakes that's a must!!! Thai Green curry's are lovely... Bit on the Hot side, but lovely! Squid, spicy ribs, pawns... I'm getting hungery thinking about it!!!!
  7. I like phad thai. It is not too hot- noodles with chicken (or seafood), soya and peanuts. If you like spicy food then green or red chicken curry is also very good. Most thai food has coconut milk and chilli in it.

  11. i love chicken pad thai, its great, lots of suff in it, kinda spicy..sprouts chickent veggies noodles.....it does have a kick but its balanced with a little sweetness...wish i was going now, haah
  12. omg. Pad Thai is the best with shrimp then a desert of sticky rice with mango. uuuummm yyyyuuum!
  13. I just tried thai food not too long ago and loved it. The Shanghai noodles are really good (they are thick wheat noodles cooked with veggies, shrimp and chicken). The orange beef was good and I had pinapple rice which was excellent.
