Name of the Thai restaurant in Philly with big gold buddha?

I remember this really good Thai restaurant in Philadelphia that had a big gold buddha in the dining room, but I can't remember the name of the restaurant?? I think it might be located in the Old City area, maybe on Walnut St. or near Market St.?

3. Buddakan, 3rd & Chestnut. There are several other Stephen Starr restaurants in the area. Stay far, far away from Mai Tai. It's horrible.
