  1. Here is a web-site that I use all the time: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/benkelly/menureader.html The recipes can be switched up to use whatever protein (meat or fish). Plus the recipes use common ingredients.
  2. Food network has a really good web sight Eat more Butterball Turkey try the small turkey LiL
  3. You could make a Thai curry, or Pineapple fried rice/Thai chicken fried rice are popular dishes which you can put in a "boat" made from a pineapple. Just cut the fruit in two and scoop out the inside. This food blog has some authentic thai recipes... http://www.realthairecipes.com/recipes/ Hope it goes well! : )
  4. The sites below may help you, most are complete with pictures, some have videos. The first 2 sites have ratings for the recipes and that may be useful in trying to decide what to make.
  5. http://www.ucancookthai.com/ This site is made by thai people who live abroad. The taste is real thai and ingredients are adapted for foreign country. My mom has been cooking using recipe from this site for months already.
