Thai restaurant? A couple of years ago I visited Manchester and was taken to a Thai restaurant which was excellent but I can't remember where it was. All I know is that it was downstairs in a sort of basement and it was quite close to the city centre.

I've noticed that when we finish the appetizer, the staff is VERY quick to remove the plates. Sometimes they take the plates as soon as I lift the last bite up, before it's even reached my mouth. Has anybody ever been to the Thai Kitchen restaurant in St. Louis, MO? In my opinion, this is the best Thai restaurant by far in the city of St. Louis, let alone the lower Midwest. If you have been there, what is your favorite dish? My favorite is the Beef Curry Noodle. They bring it out in this huge bowl and it's drowning in this rich coconut broth. And it's only like seven bucks! I have tried to duplicate the recipe and I can't seem to get it quite right.
