Thai Village Cuisine

Bangkok West Thai Cuisine Menu question (the one in Aptos,CA)? Can someone tell me what's on their menu? Someone invited me to go, but I want to know what they serve (beyond just saying 'Thai Food'). I looked online but can't find a menu. I don't live in Aptos so it would be a waste of gas to go drive there for a menu. Also, I don't want to just call them and have them have to list everything. If someone's been, could they just tell me what things they have? Also, I'm a vegetarian and I'm allergic to shellfish.

Where is the best Thai food in New Orleans (and metro area)? Please provide a little description with your answers, especially your favorite dishes. Personally, I'm a big fan of all the curries: red, green, panang. And I used to love the pad thai at Bangkok Cuisine by Rock N Bowl. Lately, I've had some Thai Chili in Mandeville, Siamese Thai in Metairie, Bangkok Thai at the riverbend. Haven't eaten there in a while, but have never had anything good from Basil Leaf. How good is La Thai Cuisine on Metairie Rd?

What kind of vinegar is used in Thai cucumber salad? This will sound really lame but the cucumber salad that is served at Bangkok Cuisine take out restaurant is great but when I ask what's in it, they don't understand me. Slight language barrier. If anyone can tell me what kind of vinegar is generally used to make that I would be much obliged.
